Our Story

Lincoln Bagel Co began as the dream of large and close-knit family. We had an ambition to bring authentic deli-style bagels to the beautiful city of Lincoln. In February of 2023, we opened our cafe on Guildhall Street. We’ve grown and expanded a lot in our first years, but our ethos remains the same: freshly baked bagels, quality ingredients, and original in-house recipes. Lincoln has loved our bagels almost as much we love Lincoln, and we’re privileged to serve good food at the heart of our city.
